Vehicle Discount Rates
For all IAC delegates who need vehicle transfers for the conference
please see attached.
Please indicate this is for the IAC2014 at time of booking to receive the preferred rate. Delegates can contact Bennington directly for their transfers.
Registration Includes: Admission to the Exhibit Hall, Plenary Programme, all scientific and technical sessions, the Opening Ceremony, the Welcome Reception, the Closing Ceremony, coffee breaks and delegate kit.
** Registration for Accompanying Persons includes: Admission to the Exhibit Hall, Plenary Programme, the Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Reception. It DOES NOT include access to the technical sessions.
Accompanying Person is defined as a spouse, civil partner, translator or administrative assistant.
Retired Person is defined as no longer employed and full-time retired, over 60 years of age (will be requested to provide a copy of their passport), and should be prepared to make at least one presentation on their experiences to a student or public group during the coming six months.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The fee table above was adopted by the IAF General Assembly in Euros. You will be charged the Canadian Dollar equivalent as shown in the above table.
The registration process will take about 10 minutes to complete. If you go on to select your accommodation, this step should take about 5 minutes more.
VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE REMEMBER!
Delegates are required to wear their Congress badge at all times. For the safety and security of all IAC 2014 participants, no exceptions will be permitted.
STEP BY STEP
REGISTRATION

The first page, “Registration”, asks for your contact details. All the fields marked with a red asterisk * must be filled out before you move on to the next page. If you have received a REGISTRATION CODE, enter it in the space provided after you have selected your participant category, and hit “Submit”. If you were not given a code, please leave this field blank.

When this page has been completed you will be directed to the “Options” page. Here you can select the tours, social events and other activities offered during IAC 2014. Some of these have a limitation on the number of participants, so please be sure to buy these tickets as early as possible.

The next step is to make the required payment.

Once you have completed your payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
ACCOMMODATION

Having completed the registration process, you will be presented with the option to “Book your Accommodation”. You can also do this using the link you will find in the e-mail confirming your registration. Please be sure to keep this e-mail where you can find it, as it contains the information you will need to log on to your account and to make any changes to your registration and accommodation information.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
As part of our green conference initiative, we strongly encourage you to use this on-line tool to register for IAC 2014 and to make the required payments with a credit card - MasterCard, Visa, and American Express can be used. Charges on your credit card statement will appear as MCI Canada. Amount paid will appear on your credit card bill in the converted amount of your own currency.
If you wish to pay by some other method, please contact IAC-reg@mci-group.com.
All payments must be received on or before 11:59PM EST, 30 June to receive the Early Bird rate. The Regular fee will apply to payments received between 12:00AM EST, 1 July and 11:59PM EST, 15 September. The Late fee will apply to payments received from 12:00AM EST, 16 September onwards.
MAKE A CHANGE
To update your registration information, purchase additional tickets etc, simply log on to your account using the information provided in the registration confirmation you received by e-mail. You may also click on the EDIT/CHANGE YOUR REGISTRATION link found in the confirmation e-mail.
• Any change requiring assistance from the Congress Secretariat is subject to a CAD $60.00 plus tax administrative fee.
• Notification by 5:00 PM EST 29 August 2014 - A refund will be granted less a CAD $75.00 plus tax administrative fee.
• Notifications received after 5:00 PM EST 15 September 2014 are non-refundable.
• Re-verification or re-processing of a credit card payment
• Credit card payments that require reprocessing for any reason will incur a CAD $75.00 plus tax administrative fee.

Public Day:
IAC 2014 will be open to the public on Friday, October 3rd admission is free and the exhibit hall will be open at 9 am.
