2. Better networking opportunities naturally occur at hotels with the greatest number of IAC 2014 delegates.
    

3. Official hotels offer friendly booking terms – no pre-payment is required.

 

 

RESERVATIONS 

 

Official Congress hotels will not accept reservations directly. Reservations must be made on-line from the IAC 2014 web site via the secure IAC 2014 registration/accommodation process. You will receive immediate confirmation by e-mail once you have registered for IAC 2014.

 

Groups may request blocks of 10 or more hotel rooms. Room blocks are allocated on a first come, first served basis; number of rooms and requested hotels are not guaranteed. Please contact iac-hotels@mci-group.com for further information.
 

 

CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE 

 

A credit card number will be requested ONLY to guarantee your registration. The credit card number is taken so that, in the event that you do not stay at the hotel AND do not cancel your reservation within the specified timeframe, the hotel has a means to charge the penalty to which you will have agreed when you booked your accommodation.

 

Again, your credit card will NOT BE CHARGED at the time of booking.
 

 

CANCELLATIONS 

 

Please confirm your planned length of stay with the hotel when you check in. Should you decide to leave early, the hotel may charge an early departure fee.
 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

 

You must reserve your hotel room by the deadline of 12:00PM EST Monday 25 August, 2014 in order to take advantage of conference hotel rates. After 25 August, the IAC 2014 rate is no longer guaranteed and the availability of rooms, and the price charged, is at the discretion of the hotel. Once the deadline has passed you must contact your preferred hotel directly rather than using the IAC 2014 web site process.

 

All hotel prices are quoted in Canadian dollars, per night, per room based on single or double occupancy. Rates are subject to 13% harmonized sales tax and a 3% destination management fee per night, per room. Taxes are subject to change without notice.
